Good news, thanks to the success of some our funding applications we are very pleased to be able to offer many of the events this year for free. Tickets will still need to be reserved as places for some events are limited so please do reserve your ticket by calling the library. Launch Night – Thursday 23rd April
Celebrate Crawley WORDfest’s 5th Birthday and World Book Night (WBN) in Style with an evening of stories, books poetry, music and wine. Also as part of the WBN celebrations we are asking everyone to bring along a book to swap with a shortexplanation as to why someone should read the book. Get Stuck in Day – Saturday 25th April
A first for WORDfest 2015, Get stuck in day is about everyone of all ages coming together and joining in on activities and creative workshops. There will be something for everyone including art activities, children’s authors, spokenword workshops, minecraft games, the Do Stuff Bus, paper crafts, theatre performance and games writing workshops. More details to follow but keep the 25th April free as its going to be a spectacular day of free events for all the family.

Lunch Time Talk WORDfest Special – Wednesday 29th April
